Last Chance to Win a FREE Slow Cooker!

Slow cookers are the perfect appliance for making easy vegan meals. Most of the recipes I've seen require little more than chopping, measuring, adding the ingredients, and turning on the slow cooker—that's it. With patience being the only real skill required for many of the recipes.

Surprisingly, with such simple preparation, you can make a wide variety of recipes, too, from pies and cakes to lasagnas and stews—almost anything is possible.

Hurry and enter our contest to win one of seven Crock-Pot® Slow Cookers now. There are only two days left! And while you're there, check out the recipes provided just for us by the Crock-Pot® brand. Enter the contest now!

Please Please give me a crock pot b/c sadley I haven't always been vegan and I used to cook meats in my crock pot all the time. I have not since used it since I've been vegan b/c I just can't bring myself to put any of my veggies in a pot that was once filled with poor innocent animals. I had to even buy new pots and pans b/c I just couldn't bare the fact that animals were once in them. So please please give me a crock pot so I can start a fresh start and throw the old pot away.

Terri Weiss :

I would love to have a crock pot to help introduce my 15 year old son to wonderful meals that don't contain meat. We are having on-going discussions and the more I can prove to him that there are wonderful things in life that have nothing to do with hamburger the better!!
Thank you!

Ella lob :

Slow cookers keep a lot of the nutrients in the food you're cooking than other traditional methods that deplete the nutrients due to high cooking temperatures. I would really love to hve a slow cooker!!!!

Colleen Jones-Turner :

My Husband and I were gifted with a slow cooker for our wedding - 16 years ago; we've been together since working for Greenpeace over 21 yrs ago-. This time last year our beloved slow cooker was an innocent casuality; one of our cats, Jumper, pushed it off the counter in his quest to get to the cat nip. Slow cookers are the best, and my 11 yr old daughter misses the wonderful meals that she would often help prepare. Slow cookers are a wonderful tool to teach children how to cook, no hot burners to contend with. I was going to request one for my birthday (on 8/30), however it would be so much sweeter to win one. By the way, we love your recipes!! And our daughter is known for having the most interesting lunches. She often has to take extra food to give her classmates, which has resulted in recipe requests by some of the parents. Winning a slow cooker would help us in continuing to introduce more vegan foods into our community. Thanks !!!
